It is defined as the premature closure of multiple cranial sutures (complex craniosynostosis) associated with facial asymmetries and malformations. It is usually inherited. Patients present with characteristic facial and cranial features depending on the syndrome, which leads to early diagnosis. A multidisciplinary approach is required for treatment. It includes a group of pathologies that can involve the cranial vault, orbits, facial mass, and skull base, with varying complexity.
